No more acting; People wants to see me as CM: Chiru

Megastar Chiranjeevi has officially stated on Tuesday that he would not act in films anymore and his fans can seem him in the performance of Ram Charan Tej on-screen and bless the actor. Chiranjeevi made these statements at the launch of UTV's Action Telugu movie channel in Hyderabad.

Reacting to a journalists question on whether he is donning the role Chief Minister in his next film, the Mega Star turned Politician said, “What is the need to act as CM in movies when people want me to become CM in real life.” Chiru further said that he will not act hereafter as he is serious on politics and he wants to dedicate his full-time to politics alone.

Though Chiranjeevi thought of finishing his 150th film earlier in the production of Ram Charan Tej, the recent political developments in the state made Chiru quit films completely.
