Producer Bellamkonda Suresh gave a bumper offer to heroine Samanta. In what looked like a one-plus-one offer, he gave away a farmhouse to her. The value of the farmhouse on the outskirts of Hyderabad city is around Rs. 3 crore. He even said that no remuneration matched the talent of Samanta excepting invaluable properties.
Bellamkonda is making a film with his son Srinivas as the hero. He wanted to add craze to the film by taking Samanta as the heroine. Samanta already acted in his banner in ‘Jabardast’. As a remuneration to her, for both the films, Bellamkonda gave away his farmhouse to her, say sources. As Samanta could not resist the offer, she accepted to act opposite Bellamkonda’s son. Bellamkonda has assigned direction of the film to Vinayak.
