Dookudu movie opened to thunderous opening at the box office, which surprised many. It's collections in overseas have been shocking and people started to bring forward Magadheera record as they started to speculate that Dookudu will break that record for sure. Dookudu whizzed past Magadheera full run collections in overseas and also broke the first week collections record as expected.
But to beat Magadheera overall record, a film needs to have that 'wow' factor which Dookudu lacks completely. Dookudu is just another formulaic average film riding on a star's shoulders. Eventually the collections of this film have now slowed down and there a big drop seen in all the side theaters. That means Dookudu is going to witness heavy drops in the days to come.
This didn't happen to Magadheera as people thronged to the theatres for weeks together. It ran in forty odd screens in its sixth week in Hyderabad, which proves the capacity of that film. So, it is obvious that Dookudu can't beat Magadheera by slowing down on the sixth day itself
