Jeeva Ilayaraja (60) wife of the music maestro Ilayaraja has breathed her last on Monday [31 October] night. She is said to have complained about the chest pain and was immediately rushed to a private hospital by her family members but was declared dead by doctors due to cardiac arrest.
Ilayaraja who was in Hyderabad has rushed to Chennai late night. Jeeva was survived by husband Ilayaraja, two sons Karthik Raja and Yuvan Shankar Raja and a daughter Bhavatharani. The entire film industry was shocked over her demise and expressed their heartfelt condolences to their family.
