Prakash Raj to direct ‘Ulavacharu Biryani’

Actor turned director Prakash Raj has critically-acclaimed movie Dhoni to his credit as a director and now, he is yet again wielding the megaphone for a film titled Ulavacharu Biryani. The caption for the film is ‘Love is cooking’.

Ulavacharu Biryani is the remake version of Malayalam movie Salt & Pepper and it will be made now in trilingual versions of Telugu, Tamil and Hindi. Music maestro Ilayaraja joined the crew for scoring the tunes for the film and Sirivennela Sitharamasasthry will pen the lyrics.

The film will cast Prakash Raj and Tabu in the lead roles and the regular shooting of Ulavacharu Biryani will commence from February 2013.
