Mahesh Babu’s The Businessman gets its release date

Mahesh Babu, Puri Jagannadh combo The Businessman is slated for a release on 12^th January, 2012 i.e. for Pongal. Puri himself informed the release date and the regular shooting of The Businessman will commence from the end of August. It is known that Puri completes all his films in short span of time and sticks to the announced release dates.

Mahesh-Puri’s earlier blockbuster Pokiri, which was made with a budget of 10 crores was wrapped up in 6 months period. Mahesh’s last flick that released for Pongal was one of his biggest hits Okkadu and now The Businessman is set for a release in January.

The Businessman casts Kajal Agarwal as the leading lady. R Venkat is producing the film on R R Movie Makers banner. The Businessman has a tag line ‘Guns Don't Need Agreements'.
